Common questions

How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings, then Delete my account. Your account, inventory and photos are removed.

Is the inventory tracker free? Yes. Identify and pricing come with Plus, staging with Pro.

Where are my staged photos? Staged photos are kept for 30 days. Save them to your phone or link them to a piece in your inventory to keep them.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
